Studio apartment in the Garden Studios building, a five-minute walk from Telliskivi Creative City, Tallinn's liveliest quarter of bars, galleries and weekend markets, and fifteen minutes from the Old Town. The nearest bus stop is 300 m away and the main railway station is a ten-minute walk, so the rest of the city is easy to reach. The street itself stays quiet and green. Our building has a large gated garden where you can have your morning coffee or sit with a book.

Studio is located on the first floor, apartment of 34 m2 is very sunny looking on south and west side while thick curtains allow a good night sleep in a dark environment.
Apartment is composed of 24 m2 studio apartment and of separated 10 m2 of entrance/office/kitchen extension.
Studio apartment is fully for your usage only and the 10 m2 entrance is shared with another apartment which is seldom used by myself (owner).

Your studio apartment is fully equipped:
1- Livingroom-bedroom: double bed of 140 cm, one wide couch, table, closet and a smart Samsung HD TV of 43" / 108 cm equipped with Sonos surround soundbar, clothes ironing table & drying rack
2- Kitchen: all the necessary as a table with two chairs, a Nespresso espresso coffee machine with welcoming capsules, microwave, induction stove, sink, bread toaster, fridge, dishwashing machine, hot water kettle with welcoming tea & honey and all the rest for cooking and eating
3- Bathroom: shower, toilet, hair dryer, sink, towels. Washing machine and drier are located in the loundry room of the building and to this can have access with a small fee by booking it in our Guest Book.
4- Free internet: fast fiber optic wifi coverage 100 MB/s download & upload
5- Free parking: free parking on the street, possible to park with a small fee in our garden (please see our Guest Book)
6- Garden: we have a green garden surrounded by a closed fence thus our Garden Studios building customers can enjoy a peaceful relaxing time there
