Garden Studios sits on a quiet street of protected wooden houses in Pelgulinn. 5 minutes on foot is Telliskivi Creative City (Telliskivi Loomelinnak): former factory and railway buildings turned into the city's creative hub, with restaurants, bars, design shops, galleries, the Fotografiska photography museum and a market every Saturday. Tallinn's UNESCO-listed medieval Old Town is 15 minutes on foot. Behind our building is a gated green garden, yours for morning coffee or an evening with a book.

Your studio (34 m², first floor, sunny and facing south, exposed timber)
A 24 m² studio plus a 10 m² entrance with office corner and kitchen extension. Double bed (140 cm) with thick curtains for a dark, restful night, wide sofa, table, wardrobe and 43" Samsung smart TV with Sonos soundbar. Kitchen with Nespresso machine and welcome capsules, kettle with tea and honey, induction hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Laundry room in the building (small fee). Fast fibre wifi.

Easy stay
Self check-in, free street parking in front of the house or paid parking in our gated garden, and a free luggage room. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request for a small fee, subject to availability. Travelling with a little one? A baby set (cot, high chair, children's plates and cutlery) can be booked in advance for a small fee. After booking you receive our Guest Book with local tips on where to go and what to do, transport, sports and other practical details.

Getting around
Bus stop 300 m, train and tram station 10 minutes on foot, airport 15 minutes by car. Kaja pizzeria (arguably the best pizza in Estonia!) 200 m, grocery shop and cafés 300 m, sandy Pelgurand / Stroomi beach 20 minutes on foot.

Good to know
The studio is yours alone. The 10 m² entrance is shared with one other apartment that the owner uses occasionally. Garden Studios has 12 studio apartments, each with its own character, and many guests come back to try a different one next time.
